C3 is an informal network of independent car show and car meet organizers across Arizona who share resources, cross-promote each other’s events, and support one another as the local car scene grows.
The Cars and Coffee Coalition (C3) connects some of Arizona’s established car show and car meet organizers so they can support each other’s efforts — through cross-promotion, shared know-how, and joint sponsor introductions — rather than each event building its audience in isolation.
Arizona Cars and Coffee helps coordinate the network, drawing on experience from organizing events across the state.
Members share advice, promotional assets, and introductions to sponsors who support multiple events in the network. By presenting a combined audience, member events are sometimes able to access sponsorship opportunities that would be harder to secure alone. When one event grows, it can open doors for the others too.
An event only works if people know it’s happening. Arizona Cars and Coffee offers website design and search-visibility guidance to organizers in the network, tailored to car events, to help local enthusiasts find event details, schedules, and locations more easily online.
Beyond regular monthly meets, member organizers occasionally coordinate larger joint events that bring vehicles and communities from several regional meets together in one place. When one of these is being planned, organizers across the Phoenix, Scottsdale, and Anthem networks help coordinate logistics and promotion so the event reflects the range of Arizona’s car culture.
