About Vistancia Car Club Peoria
Vistancia Car Club Peoria is the organizer behind Peoria Cars & Coffee. It's one of the Phoenix area's most consistent and well-loved monthly car gatherings. Now heading into its fifth year, the club has built a reputation for running a smooth, welcoming show. As a result, it draws a rotating mix of top car clubs and standout rides from across the Phoenix metro.
Their event runs on a 9-month seasonal calendar, from September through May. It also takes a summer break during the hottest stretch of the Arizona year. Because of this, the show stays comfortable and well-attended all season long.
The Event They Run

The location sits in a central spot in the Northwest Valley. Because of this, it's an easy stop for enthusiasts coming from Peoria, Surprise, Glendale, and the broader Phoenix metro.
Coalition Standing
Vistancia Car Club holds Original Group (OG) status within the Cars and Coffee Coalition. Specifically, it's one of the founding organizers recognized by Arizona Cars and Coffee. In fact, the club has supported every Best of Arizona Cars & Coffee gathering held on the grass at Fountain Park in Fountain Hills. This reflects a long track record of involvement in the state's broader cars-and-coffee scene.
Community Focus
Beyond the car show itself, the club uses its platform to spotlight local Peoria-area businesses, charities, and services. As a result, the event has a community-first feel alongside the horsepower.
Coffee Partner
Each show is fueled by Fueled by Cars and Coffee. Specifically, the team serves specialty coffee on-site, including a Bali Blue single origin. So whether you want a quick cup or a bag to take home, you're covered.
Open to All, Not Just Vistancia
Despite the name, Vistancia Car Club Peoria isn't limited to Vistancia residents. It got its start in the Vistancia community. However, attendees now come from all over the Phoenix area and beyond. Meanwhile, its online following extends well past the state.
From 20 Cars to a Regular 300+
The club got its start in August 2020. Its first Cars and Coffee event followed that October. Initially, around 20 cars showed up. Within a few months, that number grew to nearly 100. By 2023–2024, the monthly meet was regularly pulling in around 300 vehicles, making it one of the largest recurring car gatherings in the Phoenix metro.
No Fees, No Judging
There's no cost to show up or display a vehicle, and no membership dues. Joining is simple: introduce yourself in the club's Facebook group, or come out to the next event. The club also skips formal judging and trophies on purpose. Instead, this keeps the environment relaxed and community-focused rather than competitive.
Run on Volunteers and Donations
The club doesn't collect fees to operate. Instead, everything runs on volunteer time and donations. Organizers Chris and Kyle handle the behind-the-scenes work, from running events to coordinating with property owners. Meanwhile, others, like the on-site DJs, donate their own time. Food trucks also attend without any guaranteed sales, so supporting them helps keep them coming back.
