Sponsorship Cancellation & Refund Policy

All sponsorship payments are non-refundable. Once payment is made, promotional benefits and event expenses begin immediately, so we are unable to issue refunds for any reason, including schedule changes, weather, or unforeseen circumstances. If the event is postponed, your full sponsorship will be rolled over to the rescheduled date or a comparable future event.
